There are many reasons for the loss of water in the heating system, and the corrosion of the pipeline is an important factor causing the loss of water: one of the reasons for the corrosion of the pipeline is that a large amount of dissolved oxygen is mixed into the pipeline when the pipeline is filled with water to cause corrosion; the second reason is the thermal insulation shell of the directly buried pipeline Disconnected and corroded by long-term soaking of groundwater. The way to control corrosion is:
(1) When choosing direct-buried thermal insulation pipe, we must pay attention to its quality. Moreover, once water enters the trench, personnel should be immediately organized to repair, drain, and open the manhole cover for ventilation, so that the degree of corrosion can be minimized.
(2) Make up as little water as possible during operation, and the water must be treated. Boiler water treatment includes chemical treatment outside the boiler and chemical treatment inside the boiler. The main purpose is to increase the pH of the feed water, which can prevent galvanic corrosion caused by depolarization in the water supply system and stabilize the oxide film. When the pH reaches 8 or more, it can prevent pipeline corrosion.
