HTW-31-WKT13V is a wireless non programmable single channel heating thermostat. This wireless digital thermostat suits to boiler heating system to control boiler on and off. Its receiver is powered by 220vac line voltage, and the controller panel is powered by 1.5V battery.The wall-hung boiler heating system often encounters the wall-hung boiler overheating and malfunctions during use. To solve the fault, we must first analyze the cause. There are several main reasons for the overheating of wall-hung boilers, and different methods are used to solve different problems.
1) The heating valve is closed, causing the water temperature in the main heat exchanger to rise rapidly. At this time, the heating supply and return water valve should be opened in time.
2) The heating pipeline is blocked, which slows down the water circulation speed and the water temperature rises rapidly. The heating pipeline should be dredged
3) The overheat protection thermostat is defective, it should be normally closed instead of normally closed. Replace the overheat protection thermostat with good quality
4) The flow direction switching function of the three-way valve is disordered (three-way valve type), which may be caused by the misalignment of the connection line or the misalignment of the ball assembly and the poor rotation of the ball. As a result, during heating, hot water flows through the three-way valve and enters the plate for a small cycle. The water temperature rises sharply, the circuit board fails, or the water pump does not work properly. If the connection line is misplaced, correct the connection line; if the ball is assembled in a wrong position, reassemble the three-way valve ball; if the ball rotates poorly, replace the three-way valve.
