HTW-ECB6 series Wifi thermostat is widely used in these environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Offices and etc. to main an ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used in Electric Underfloor Heating, Water Heating or Water/Gas Boiler systems. With WiFi connection, thermostat could be controlled through smartphone from anywhere at anytime as long as smartphone can connect to internet. During the thermostat in wifi connected status, it runs the programmable schedule process made from APP prior to that of thermostat. i.e. The programmable schedule only can be carried out if there is no Wifi connection between thermostat and smartphone/tablet PC.

How does floor water heating thermostat work?
The intelligent sub-room floor water heating temperature control system mainly includes: floor heating thermostat, floor heating water separator, central controller, and electric actuator. The indoor temperature is mainly controlled by the thermostat after comparing the difference between the indoor temperature and the set temperature. The expansion and contraction of the paraffin wax changes the flow rate of the water supply pipe to achieve temperature control. When the room temperature exceeds the temperature set by the floor heating thermostat, the floor heating thermostat will send an over-temperature signal to the electric actuator, the paraffin wax will begin to expand, the water flow of the water supply pipe of the manifold will decrease, and the room temperature will drop accordingly. When the room temperature is lower than the set temperature of the thermostat, the floor heating thermostat will give a low temperature warning to the electric heating actuator, the paraffin wax will begin to shrink, the water flow in the water supply pipe of the manifold will increase, and the room temperature will rise accordingly.

n Make sure the power is OFF! Try turning ON your heating/cooling system by changing the temperature. If you can’t get the system to turn ON in 5 minutes, you’ll know the power is OFF.
n Take off the installation faceplate by rotating and gently pulling, then connect voltage supply/load output/external sensor(if with) wires respectively to appropriate terminals.
n Fix the installation plate onto the electric junction box with screws packed in the box.
n Fasten the thermostat display part and the installation faceplate through the groove.(Installation process completed)
