1. General
HTW-31-F17 fan coil series digital thermostat has 3-speed and one-speed control selectable. RS485 Modbus fan coil thermostat can be used in light commercial buildings like hotel, hospital. When using fan coils, please note that:
1) The indoor fan coil should be installed horizontally. It is hoisted with a suspender rod with a diameter of Φ10mm, and the suspender rod is rust-proofed, and it is fastened to the fixed nut of the inner machine without loosening.
2) The hoisting position meets the requirements of indoor air circulation and drawings, and there must be a certain distance between it and the floor.
3) The hydraulic test pressure is 0.6Mpa for 2 hours without leakage.
4) The pipeline must be insulated, the thickness of the insulation layer is 20mm, and the thickness of the condensate pipeline insulation layer is 10mm, fixed with a U-shaped card or other methods, and the compression of the insulation material is not more than 2 to 3 mm.
5) The condensate pipeline must maintain a certain slope, and the slope of the drain outlet of the fan coil for natural drainage should not be less than 1% to ensure smooth drainage. The full water test does not leak water, and the drainage test does not store water.
