HTW-HT03 series Wifi thermostat is widely used in these environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Offices and etc. to main an ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used in Electric Underfloor Heating, Water Heating or Water/Gas Boiler systems.Electric radiant floor heating digital thermostat is one of the crucial end parts of radiant floor system. As the increasing level of living standard, people are willing to use good look and quality heating control thermostat to make control easier and life smarter. For room heating system, there are two installation methods of water floor heating system:

1). Wet installation

The wet installation method is currently the most mature installation process for plumbing floor heating, and the price is relatively low. It is the dominant process in the domestic floor heating market. The so-called wet type refers to embedding the floor heating pipes with concrete, and then laying ground, tiles and other ground materials on the concrete layer. This layer of concrete not only protects and fixes the plumbing pipes, but is also the main channel for heat transfer. The concrete layer can distribute the heat evenly, reducing local overheating or overcooling.

2). Dry installation

In order to solve the problems of the traditional wet installation method, which is difficult to construct, long construction period, and difficult to maintain after installation, the dry installation method came into being. Dry installation no longer uses the concrete peas layer to fix the plumbing pipes, but uses a special plastic template to jam the pipe in the bulge of the template, which is very convenient for laying. The floor is directly laid on the plastic template (floor heating film block), and the hot water transfers heat to the floor through the air and the template, and the floor heats the air.

nMake sure the power is OFF! Try turning ON your heating/cooling system by changing the temperature. If you can’t get the system to turn ON in 5 minutes, you’ll know the power is OFF.

nTake off the installation faceplate by grasping and gently pulling, then connect voltage supply/load output/external sensor(if with) wires respectively to appropriate terminals.

nFix the installation plate onto the electric junction box with screws packed in the box.

 

nFasten the thermostat display part and the installation faceplate through the groove.(Installation process completed)
