HTW-HT03 series Wifi thermostat is widely used in these environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Offices and etc. to main an ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used in Electric Underfloor Heating, Water Heating or Water/Gas Boiler systems. HTW-HT03-NV smart WiFi thermostat is compatible with Amazon Alexa or Echo with voice control enabled. It is to turn on and turn off boiler in room heating system, and it has another model for motorized valve control. Here we have small tips for valve installation in water floor heating system:
When welding the pipeline, the pipe is not on the same centerline after the aligning, no gap is left for the aligning, and the thick-walled pipe is not beveled. The width and height of the weld do not meet the requirements of the construction specification.
Consequences: The misalignment of the pipe does not directly affect the welding quality and the quality of perception. No gaps are left for the counterparts, and thick-walled pipes are not beveled. When the width and height of the welding seam do not meet the requirements, the welding cannot meet the strength requirements.
Measures: After welding the pipes, the pipes should not be misaligned. They should be on a center line with a gap. Thick-walled pipes should be beveled. In addition, the width and height of the weld should be welded in accordance with the specifications.

nMake sure the power is OFF! Try turning ON your heating/cooling system by changing the temperature. If you can’t get the system to turn ON in 5 minutes, you’ll know the power is OFF.
nTake off the installation faceplate by grasping and gently pulling, then connect voltage supply/load output/external sensor(if with) wires respectively to appropriate terminals.
nFix the installation plate onto the electric junction box with screws packed in the box.
nFasten the thermostat display part and the installation faceplate through the groove.(Installation process completed)
