HTW-HT03 series Wifi thermostat is widely used in these environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Offices and etc. to main an ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used in Electric Underfloor Heating, Water Heating or Water/Gas Boiler systems.HTW-HT03-16A3 is programmable smart thermostat which works with Amazon Echo for voice smart control. And HTW-HT03-3A is for water floor heating system control. When installing valve, there are many places needing to pay attention to, such as the situation shown as below:
The specifications and models of the installed valve do not meet the design requirements.
For example, the nominal pressure of the valve is less than the system test pressure; the water supply branch pipe uses a gate valve when the pipe diameter is less than or equal to 50mm; the hot water heating stem and stand pipe use a stop valve; the fire water pump suction pipe uses a butterfly valve.
Consequences: Affect the normal opening and closing of the valve and the adjustment of resistance and pressure. Even during the operation of the system, the valve is damaged and forced to be repaired.
Measures: Familiarize with the application scope of various valves, and select valve specifications and models according to design requirements. The nominal pressure of the valve must meet the requirements of the system test pressure. According to the requirements of the construction specification: the water supply branch pipe diameter is less than or equal to 50mm should use a stop valve; when the pipe diameter is greater than 50mm, a gate valve should be used. Gate valves should be used for hot water heating dry and vertical control valves, and butterfly valves should not be used for the suction pipe of fire water pumps.

nMake sure the power is OFF! Try turning ON your heating/cooling system by changing the temperature. If you can’t get the system to turn ON in 5 minutes, you’ll know the power is OFF.
nTake off the installation faceplate by grasping and gently pulling, then connect voltage supply/load output/external sensor(if with) wires respectively to appropriate terminals.
nFix the installation plate onto the electric junction box with screws packed in the box.
nFasten the thermostat display part and the installation faceplate through the groove.(Installation process completed)
