1. General
HTW-WF06 round touch heating thermostat widely applies to building heating system, like water or boiler floor heating system or electric film heating up system. Touch thermostat has many kinds, it is important to choose the one which suits to your heating system. For mixed heating system, here are some notes for installation of wall-hung boiler + floor heating heating system:
1) The water supply and return pipe nozzles of the floor heating coil should be concentrated in the water distribution tank, and a water supply and return water collector should be set in the water distribution tank, and each group of pipelines should be connected in parallel for adjustment.
2) In order to reduce system resistance, the pipe diameter of floor heating pipes for wall-hung boilers should be greater than 20mm, and the total length of each group should not exceed 85m; if the pipe diameter is less than 20mm, the total length of each group should not exceed 75m. The center distance of pipeline laying is 150mm～200mm.
3) The quality of the floor heating coil is very important, because the facility is underground, and it is difficult to repair it once a problem occurs, because it is necessary to choose a regular installation company and a regular manufacturer's special floor heating pipe to ensure the installation/construction quality.
4) Each set of floor heating pipes must be the whole pipe without underground butt.
