1. General
HTW-31RT underfloor heating thermostatic radiator valve thermostat is to control radiator in room temperature control. This digital thermostat is powered by 2*AA 1.5 V, alkaline batteries. Besides TRV thermostat, there is another type smart water heating thermostat, which can be powered by 24V line votage. For heating system, here are some notices for water radiant floor heating installation:
1). The insulation layer should be staggered and tightly spliced. When setting the protective layer, overlap the overlap of the protective layer by at least 80mm and stick it firmly with tape.
2. Pay attention to the following two issues when installing the sub/catchment:
a) When the sub/catchment is installed horizontally, generally install the water divider on the top and the water collector on the bottom. The center of the water collector should not be less than 300mm from the ground;
b) When the sub/catchment is installed vertically, the distance from the bottom of the sub/catchment to the ground should not be less than 150mm.
3). Expansion joints are set according to the size of the construction room. Generally, the installation area of room expansion joints is less than 30 square meters. Uninterrupted expansion joints should be left at the junction with vertical members such as walls and columns. Expansion joints should be filled with overlapping materials. Connect by way of connection, the overlap width is not less than 10mm.
