1. General
In radiant floor heating system, usually use a 240v heating digital thermostat to control. During the construction of the floor heating system, the following points should be noted:
1). the concrete filling layer should meet the following conditions:
a) The heating cable has passed the resistance test and insulation performance test;
b) The expansion joint has been installed;
c) The heating tube is installed and the water pressure test is qualified, and the heating tube is under pressure;
d) The installation box of the thermostat and the cold wire pipe of the heating cable has been arranged;
e) Pass the concealed project acceptance.
2). During the construction of the concrete filling layer, the water pressure in the heating pipe should not be lower than 0.6MPa;
During the layer curing process, the system water pressure should not be lower than 0.4MPa.
3). In the laying area of heating pipes or heating cables, it is strictly forbidden to gouge, drill or shoot nails.
4). After the filling layer is constructed, the nominal resistance and insulation resistance of the heating cable should be tested, accepted and recorded.
