What is Motorized Valve?

Motorized valves are used to control the flow of hot water, chill water in heating, cooling or air-conditioning applications, so as to control room temperature indirectly. 

Motorized valves are commonly used in small and large hydronic heating and cooling systems. These are utilized to remotely control the flow of fluids and gases accurately through an electric actuator. The difference in the operating mechanism of other mechanical stopcocks and these components lie only in the actuation inputs. Motorized control valves find significant applications in industrial sector that includes, water and wastewater treatment, oil & gas industry, chemical manufacture, and power generation.

How to choose a suitable one?

1. The specification required.

Please confirm the diameter normind? Then you need 2way or 3way type?

2.You need on/off type or modulating type?

1.The most popular model: HTW-V61 Series valve

This model is designed as the same with Honeywell VC4013. Which include the male and female connection ways. The size range is 1/2"~1" with 2 way or 3 way.

2.Motorized Ball Valves: HTW-EG, HTW-71-18B5 and HTW-71-18B6F

HTW-EG and HTW-71-18B5 are the model of ball valves, which include the wide range specifications with 1/2"~2" with 2 way or 3 way. And the type of HTW-71-18B6F produce with 2 way modulating or on/off type with size range 2.1/2"~6".If you need big size, you can choose our ball valve.

3. Motorized valve other types: HTW-V71, HTW-W27

Our HTW-71 is the same design with Johnson valve, which is a high quality type with stainless stell plate, ABS plasti cover and forged brass valve body.

And our mode HTW-W27 is designed as the same with Siemens V4043 type. Which with Forged Brass valve body and stainless steel actuator plate. Size range is 1/2"~1" with 2 way or 3 way.

Our HTW-W27 with the same quality with Siemens but with lower price. One of our client directly order 200pcs HTW-W27 for testing. Now the 200pcs were sent to him. He is satisfied with our quality and will sent another big order to us soon.

4. Modulating valve: HTW-MV13

HTW-MV13 series modulating control valve is driven by bi-directional motor. The modulating thermostat will continuously collect the data and make processing, and send out control signals to operate or stop the motor so as to control the open/close angle of the valve. Our this type with size range 1/2"~1.1/4" of 2 way or 3 way.
