Nowadays, an effective, economical, energy-saving solution is the mainstream in the HVAC field. Luckily, we Hotowell are able to offer a practical idea on this issue. This idea is called “occupancy system”, and is specially designed for hotel projects.

With it, the user can control the anti-humidity, light, and thermostat in an energy-saving way. It contains 4 devices: Split thermostat, energy saver, PIR, and door/window contact.

Many people come and go every day at the hotel. When the room door opens/close, the Energy Saver judges the room is occupied/unoccupied with the help of 3 roads of PIR sensor, and outputs the signal to open/close the systems:

S1: Anti-humidity mode

S2: Thermostat (HTW-EW002)

S3: Light

Let's make an analogy, the Energy Saver is a scout while thermostat EW002 is an agent with various skills. Allow us to name some to show the abundant functions of the thermostat.

-Displaying Celsius degree or Fahrenheit
